Lara's life has been a journey of self-discovery, influenced by early experiences with family challenges and traumas. This ignited a strong desire for harmony and validation, leading her on a lifelong quest for authenticity amidst societal pressures. Embracing her innate curiosity, Lara pursued a diverse academic path, transitioning from Psychology to Law before ultimately returning to Psychology for both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
Alongside formal education, she delved into alternative therapeutic modalities, including Traditional Thai Massage in Bangkok and Past Life Regression Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss in New York. Enriched by her exploration of Expressive Therapies in Singapore, Lara's unique approach integrates past life exploration, Sandplay Therapy, and creative mediums to guide clients towards self-awareness and healing.

Today, Lara's practice as a Psychologist is a testament to her holistic approach to mental and emotional well-being. She offers her services online, in individual sessions aimed at adults as well as group classes; holds workshops for different populations (online and in person) and gives presentations on inner growth, spiritual understanding, personal growth, emotional liberation and the influence of past lives in our current life. Lara's commitment to her clients goes beyond geographic boundaries, as she expands her reach across all continents.
Lara is an experienced Psychologist and knowledgeable in a unique therapeutic approach that combines her knowledge of the fluidity of the body, the complexity of the psyche and the journey of the soul. With more than 11 years of experience supporting the emotional needs of students aged 3 to 18, adults linked to the aforementioned institutions (parents, administrators, teachers, staff in general), as well as providing individualized support in private, especially to adults, Lara has supported people of different ages, needs, cultures, life experience as well as religions.

Lara's career in Psychology started with an internship in the Psychology department of the Portuguese Public Security Police, where she collaborated in several domains, including Recruitment and Personnel Selection, Job Description Analysis, Assessment, and Clinical Evaluation in the Psychology Lab.
With a blend of academic rigour, intuitive insight, and a genuine desire to empower others, Lara embodies a compassionate guide for those seeking to navigate the complexities of the human experience and unlock their true potential.
